There are lot of places you can get tools from -- the local hardware store, Sears, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, etc along with zillions of internet websites. We wouldn't be doing this if we didn't have something to offer that most of these places don't.

Fast service. Orders received by 3:00 pm Eastern time are usually shipped the same business day. We have distribution centers in 6 states across the country so most customers will receive their orders within 1 to 3 business days after making payment.

Competitive shipping rates. Because we utilize a national distribution network we can keep our shipping costs down. For example, customers in California will receive most of their merchandise from our distribution center in Fresno.

We research each of our products before listing them. We have used several of them on the farm here. We do not sell junk!!

Our product descriptions are more detailed than what you will see in many stores. Frequently we will show several pictures of store items and have links to manufacturer's websites where additional information can be obtained.

We stand behind what we sell. Any item can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund or replacement. See our return policy as there are some common sense limitations here.

We won't abandon our customers when unusual circumstances occur. No matter how well we run our store here, sometimes "stuff" happens. Orders get lost or damaged in shipping. An item is defective or incomplete. You don't have 2 weeks (or more) to wait for a carrier or manufacturer to resolve it. We will do our best to get you something that works as soon as possible, because that is the kind of service that both farmers and professional mechanics require.
