We currently ship to all addresses with US zip codes and most countries where law and order prevails. However, anyone is welcome to contact us for a quote. Federal Express, UPS, and LTL Freight (trucking) are available for the continental US only. We offer Priority Mail for all other US addresses, for orders totaling less than $35.00, and for anyone else who requests it. Fed Ex, UPS and Freight are automatically insured. We insure Priority Mail at our discretion or if requested by the customer. Our most economical shipping plan, "Flat Rate", is available to all customers in the continental US. These orders are most frequently shipped by Federal Express. Orders totaling over $750 (excluding shipping and tax) will ship for free with this method. Items that require truck freight cannot use this method.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, Fed Ex, UPS and Freight orders are usually shipped the same business day when ordered before 2:00 pm Eastern time (11:00 am on the west coast), or else the following business day. Shipping of Priority Mail orders could be delayed by up to 5 business days if a purchased item has to first be sent here before shipping out (most warehouses will not ship with USPS).

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect his order before accepting it from the carrier, especially with freight orders as we will not pick up freight charges to return an item damaged in shipping (but the carriers will).

Free shipping is offered for certain items in this store, when using Flat Rate shipping within the continental USA. If all items in the order are eligible for free shipping then the entire order will ship for free. If some items are not eligible, then these items will ship at their full shipping price, but the weight of the "free shipping" items will not be added to the shipping weight of the order.
